BCom Solutions is growing: our team is growing, our clientele is growing, and our headquarters are growing (two current locations with plans for expansion). Needless to say, a “day in the office” is more like a race with speeds topping 500 mph. To complement our growing team, we are introducing the BCom freelance network. We’ve worked with tons of great contractors in the past and we’d like nothing more than to continue furthering those relationships. Oftentimes, though, we get swamped with projects and (unfortunately) have to turn down a potential client–or we encounter a client looking for a product that doesn’t quite fall within the parameters of BCom’s digital services. Of course we still want to partner these customers with a great web designer or marketing firm!
We have dozens of contacts in the freelance world and would love to open that network up wide to you and hundreds of potential clients.
So who are you?
If you’re an individual, small agency, or group of creative minded folks with skills, then SIGN UP! We’re looking for digital marketing and design experts of all types. This means designers, developers, app builders, content marketing specialists, graphic designers, videographers, photographers and expert GIPHY designers (actually if you’re in the GIF business there’s probably a full-time position waiting for you at BCOM).
So how does one “join” the freelance network?
Glad you asked. Head on over to our careers page, select the freelancers job posting, and fill out the app. The end! Except actually, it’s just the beginning.
What does it mean to “join” the freelance network?
This is by no means a guaranteed partnership or lifelong relationship–although who knows?! It could be. Submitting an app, to us, simply means you have skills and are open to us reaching out to you for some sort of freelance work in the future. No commitments necessary. This is a network, not a contract.
Why are we doing this?
We see the value in partnering with some of our great freelancers already! We want to be able to match the right people with the right talent. Sometimes, a customer isn’t the right “fit” at BCom. We want to promote the awesome things you have to offer–whatever those skills may be! We hate telling people “no”–instead, we’d rather give them a solution…even that solution isn’t a “BCom” solution! (Yes, we’ll end with a pun.)
